What we collect
When you book a free class, sign up for a membership or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you give us:
Your name, email address and phone number
The program you're interested in
For kids, a parent or guardian's contact details
Payment details, processed securely by our payment provider
How we use it
We use your information to confirm bookings, manage your membership, send class updates and, if you opt in, our monthly newsletter. We never sell your data.
Sharing
We only share data with the services that help us run the academy, such as our booking system, payment processor and email provider. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Unsubscribe from emails with one click, or email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Membership terms
Memberships renew monthly. Cancel or freeze at any time with 30 days' notice. Training involves physical contact and some risk of injury; all members sign a liability waiver before their first class.
